A Social Responsibility initiative, Salam Designs clothing are embellished by Palestinian women working in the embroidery sector, specifically women living in marginalized villages and areas. The Tiraz Center, Arab Dress and Textile museum, Amman, Jordan
Tiraz is the home of the Widad Kamel Kawar dress collection, the most complete of Palestinian, Jordanian and other Arab costumes from the 19th and 20th centuries, with over 2,000 costumes and weavings.
Olive Branch
Is a non-profit social enterprise, started in 2007 in order to sell and distribute Palestinian olive oil in the United States, to assist Palestinian olive farmers. The project supported by interfaith partners and loyal customers, is also a Fair-Trade item, ensuring that The West Bank olive farmers receive fair compensation for their work, thus helping them support their families and maintain their connection to the land.
