Mr. Nasser Hamad is a senior humanitarian professional with over 25 years of experience in humanitarian response, relief operations, and security management in the Gaza Strip.
He has worked with CARE International and the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA), and currently serves with the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA).
He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Birzeit University and a Master’s degree in Middle East Studies from Al-Azhar University.
