Tala Jallad is a New York City based attorney with nearly 20 years of transactional experience in New York. She began her legal career counseling and representing various participants in the structured finance market including issuers, lenders and borrowers in asset-backed transactions, secured lending facilities and warehouse lines of credit. Tala gained her legal experience working in the New York structured finance group of the law firm of Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP and then at Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP when she left with her team to join Katten’s New York office. Tala joined a boutique real estate investment and development firm in 2016 where she currently serves in her role as General Counsel.
Tala received her J.D. from New England Law | Boston where she was awarded a CALI excellence for the future award and her B.A. in Classics from Tufts University.
